BridgeWork Inc. and its corporate affiliates (collectively, "us" or the "Companies") offer the BridgeWork+ subscription plan ("BridgeWork+") in connection with its BridgeWork web platform and mobile applications (collectively, the "App") for homeowners. In addition to these BridgeWork+ Terms and Conditions (the "BridgeWork+ Terms"), BridgeWork+ is governed by BridgeWork's standard Terms and Conditions available at https://bridgework.com/terms_and_conditions.
Any capitalized terms that are used in these BridgeWork+ Terms, but not defined, shall have the same meaning as set out in the Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these BridgeWork+ Terms and the Terms and Conditions, these BridgeWork+ Terms shall govern.
By purchasing a subscription to BridgeWork+ (the "Subscription") you agree to these BridgeWork+ Terms, as well as any other specific terms of the offer presented to you at the time of your subscription.
The Subscription is offered to Requesting Users for a fixed monthly or annual price, as quoted to you at the time of enrollment. The Subscription entitles BridgeWork+ members to receive certain credits for Home Services purchased from pros on the App, and/or other benefits as may be offered from time to time (the "BridgeWork+ Benefits").
The BridgeWork Companies provide a platform that connects Requesting Users and Home Service Professionals only, and the BridgeWork Companies do not provide any Home Services. As part of the pricing benefits, BridgeWork+ members receive access to discounted pricing from the BridgeWork Pros.
If a Requesting User subscribes to BridgeWork+, the Requesting User agrees to pay all fees set out in the electronic or written order form at the time of registration, including any fees for renewal terms, as well as applicable taxes.
By providing credit card information to any of the BridgeWork Companies, the Requesting User thereby authorizes us to charge the credit card for all outstanding fees, taxes and charges and outstanding account balances incurred by the Requesting User in connection with the Subscription.
The Subscription renews automatically for terms equal in length to the initial term (e.g. monthly or annual billing cycles) beginning on the day that the Requesting User enrolls in the Subscription. If the member does not provide notice of non-renewal of the Subscription prior to the next billing cycle, then the relevant fees for the renewal of the Subscription will be automatically processed and charged to the BridgeWork+ member in full at the then-current fees for the Subscription for such renewed term.
BridgeWork+ members are responsible for keeping their credit card information up to date. In the event that the BridgeWork+ member's credit card expires, the BridgeWork+ Subscription may not be renewed.
Subscription cancellations may be made through the cancellation feature within the App.
The BridgeWork Companies reserve the right to modify or stop offering the Subscription, or change the BridgeWork+ Benefits or fees, at any time in its sole discretion. For any fee increases, we will provide you with at least thirty days' prior notice via email before such changes take effect. All changes will be effective upon your next billing cycle, but you may avoid these changes by canceling your Subscription as set out in Section 3 above.
If we cancel the BridgeWork+ Subscription, we will provide the BridgeWork+ member with a pro-rated refund of any pre-paid Subscription fees during the time period for which the BridgeWork+ member did not receive the BridgeWork+ Benefits.
We may make available, at our sole discretion, a discounted trial for the BridgeWork+ subscription ("Trial"). For the purposes of this Agreement, the "Trial Period" shall refer to the period of time in which the BridgeWork+ Benefits are offered, provided that if no period is specified at the time of registration, the Trial Period shall be 30 days. We may terminate the Trial at any time in its sole discretion and may accept or decline any request.
Upon expiration of the Trial Period, the Requesting User shall be automatically enrolled in a Subscription at the full price to BridgeWork+ unless the Requesting User provides notice of its intent to cancel the Subscription by notifying us.
The BridgeWork Companies reserve the right to restrict Requesting Users from enrolling in the Subscription after cancelling a previous BridgeWork+ Subscription.
We reserve the right to modify these BridgeWork+ Terms at any time. If we make material changes while you have an active Subscription, we will notify you by posting a notice in the App and/or emailing you. Any revisions to these BridgeWork+ Terms shall become effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle and your continued use of the Subscription shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any of the revisions, your only remedy is to cancel your Subscription as described above.
